Return Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return your purchase. Leila Azer offers a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refund Policy:
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:
Leila Azer gladly accepts exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Once the exchange is agreed upon, you can return the package. After we receive the tracking number for the return shipment, we will promptly send you the new item.

Pre-Order Status: Please note that all orders are pre-orders. Given the unique and personalized nature of our designs, each piece is crafted upon order placement. This may extend the delivery timeframe, and we appreciate your understanding.
Condition of Return Items: The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
